The Events Expert is responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, and measurement of high-level, business critical events for HP Inc. This position collaborates closely with Marketing Managers, internal partners, and external agencies to help organize domestic and international strategic events. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience supporting complex events in a fast-paced environment with full understanding of the value of an integrated business structure among marketing, business units, and sales. Communications across various stakeholders is essential.
This candidate must be able to work independently, prioritize assignments, and multi-task. Projects under management are time sensitive, involving frequent concurrent deadlines with dependencies on partner organizations. Therefore, collaboration, attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly is critical to keep programs moving effectively and efficiently.
