About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing & Events Coordinator to support the execution of marketing campaigns and company events. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you will help coordinate logistics, manage timelines, and keep marketing initiatives running smoothly.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early to mid-career who enjoys event planning, project coordination, and marketing operations, and wants to grow their skills in campaign execution and demand generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual events such as lunch & learns, webinars, client events, and speaking engagements
• Manage event planning details including vendors, venues, materials, registrations, and follow-up activities
• Maintain marketing and event calendars to ensure campaigns stay on schedule
• Support email marketing campaigns, contact list management, and outreach initiatives
• Assist with digital marketing efforts tied to events and lead generation initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to execute campaigns
• Help coordinate production of marketing materials and sales collateral
• Track campaign and event performance metrics and assist with reporting
• Ensure brand consistency across marketing activities

Requirements

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, communications, or a related field
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Experience with marketing tools, CRM systems, or email platforms is helpful but not required (training will be provided)

Candidates with backgrounds in corporate marketing, event planning, hospitality, nonprofit coordination, or administrative roles with marketing exposure are encouraged to apply.
