Anatomage is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing and Events Coordinator to manage the end-to-end planning, logistics, and execution of our trade shows and exhibition initiatives. In this role, you will lead project management, handle travel and resource coordination, track budgets, and direct targeted marketing campaigns to maximize event success.
As a primary liaison, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Production, and Application teams to ensure seamless cross-departmental execution. This is an ideal role for an organized, proactive communicator with 1–2 years of event planning experience, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This position is HYBRID; you'll be working 4 days per week onsite at our HQ, now located on Zanker Rd, San Jose, CA 95134, and 1 day remotely. Local candidates preferred.
In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $70,304 - $80,000 Annually. This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S.. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
