Location: Zetland, Sydney – (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 month maximum term contract

About your new Role

Reporting to the National Manager – Marketing, the Marketing and Events Coordinator will be responsible for co-ordinating and supporting major projects, campaigns, experiential activity and workflows within the Audi Marketing team.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the Dealer marketing approvals process, to ensure adherence to Audi Corporate Identity and working in conjunction with Marketing and Sales team
  • Assisting with the co-ordination and implementation of the Audi Experience loyalty program (events and offers)
  • Assisting with the co-ordination and implementation of the Audi driving experience (ADE) program
  • Supporting with the utilisation, management and ongoing reporting of the Marketing vehicle fleet
  • Working with Marketing and Sales teams on the Audi Corporate Program
  • Working with the wider Audi team to support product launch activity for all-new models and product improvements
  • Support with the co-ordination the Audi Ambassador program, including vehicle requirements, event logistics, deliverable requirements and reporting
  • Any other ad hoc duties and support across the marketing team including general assistance, and project team activities

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following:

  • Degree in Marketing (preferred)
  • Experience within marketing administration, events support and/or marketing communications
  • Ability to develop content with creative communication skills
  • Highly developed skills in all Microsoft applications (specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Well organised with the ability to manage fast paced situations and deadlines from time to time
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, including negotiation and stakeholder management skills
