
This position is responsible for coordinating projects and providing administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team. The role partners closely with Marketing management, Creative Services, Legal, Risk Management, and other internal stakeholders to support campaign implementation and ensure alignment with brand standards.
The role oversees the end-of-the-end event development process, including planning and creation, vendor coordination, data management, and invitation execution. It communicates with existing and prospective owners to schedule attendance, provide event details, and support their overall experience. The position also represents Marriott Vacation Club at events, helping to build and maintain guest loyalty.
Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with eligibility requirements for events and sales presentations, following contract review processes to meet risk management standards, and monitoring events to maintain quality expectations. The role also supports the management team on special projects and ad-hoc tasks, assists colleagues in understanding event roles and responsibilities, and performs general administrative duties such as filing, email correspondence, and document preparation.
