As a Marketing Engineer within our Marketing and Sales tendering team, you will play a key role in transforming customer requirements into competitive, high-quality proposals that drive business growth. This is an opportunity to collaborate across technical, commercial, and sales teams while building solutions that meet customer needs and deliver strong results.

You will lead bid preparation activities end-to-end, from analyzing RFQs to coordinating internal stakeholders and submitting winning proposals. Your work will directly influence market success, balancing technical accuracy with commercial competitiveness. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking, relationship-building, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Review RFQs and opportunities from Salesforce and assess requirements

  • Lead preparation of bids, quotations, and cost models

  • Coordinate with engineering, legal, and sales teams to compile proposals

  • Analyze technical specifications and develop pricing strategies

  • Manage risk reviews and approvals throughout the bid process

  • Ensure timely, accurate, and well-documented bid submissions

  • Support negotiations and follow up on bid outcomes

  • Process awarded orders and transition projects to delivery teams

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing and or engineering

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in tendering, marketing, or project-related roles

  • Knowledge of transformers or power delivery equipment is an advantage

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Power BI

  • Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills

  • Ability to interpret technical specifications and commercial requirements
