Job Description

Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: May 7, 2027

Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a Marketing Engagement Specialist to join the Marketing and Communications team and collaborate on the Corporate Iberia project. The role is responsible for managing digital marketing programs, driving end-to-end outcomes and operations, and using interaction data, market trends, and insights to guide and execute effective campaigns. The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert, collaborate across multiple teams, support team performance, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to challenges that impact multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies aligned with project goals to enhance customer engagement.
• Manage digital marketing programs and drive end-to-end outcomes and operations.
• Use interaction data, market trends, and customer insights to guide and execute effective marketing campaigns.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and areas for campaign optimization.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment of marketing initiatives.
• Lead efforts to continuously improve marketing processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide insightful reports and presentations to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Customer Insight and Marketing Analytics.
• Apply customer insights and marketing analytics to inform campaign strategies and performance improvements.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of Digital Marketing and Digital Marketing Campaigns.
• Coordinate and manage team activities to support performance and successful delivery.
• Take responsibility for team decisions and contribute to key business and project decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and provide solutions to problems that apply across teams.

Qualifications

• Master proficiency in Customer Insight and Marketing Analytics.
• Expert proficiency in Customer Insights is recommended.
• Expert proficiency in Digital Marketing and Digital Marketing Campaigns is suggested.
• Strong experience managing digital marketing programs and driving end-to-end campaign outcomes and operations.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify emerging trends, and translate insights into campaign optimization opportunities.
• Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with project goals and improve customer engagement.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple marketing initiatives.
• Strong process improvement skills, including the ability to identify opportunities to enhance marketing tools, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Excellent reporting and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a subject matter expert, contribute to key decisions, and support team performance.
