Marketing & Engagement Coordinator, Enterprise & Procurement Services

Remote within California with 25% travel. Must reside in California

We are seeking a Marketing & Engagement Coordinator, Enterprise & Procurement Services to join FoundationCCC in its mission of benefiting, supporting, and enhancing the California Community Colleges—the largest and most diverse system of higher education in the nation. What You’ll Do

Since 1999, EPS has been a trusted partner in the procurement space, advocating for colleges and other educational institutions. Our mission is to harness the collective buying power of colleges, cities, counties, and school districts through our innovative CollegeBuys, AICCUBuys, CivicBuys, and SchoolBuys programs. We leverage our position within the California Community Colleges, as well as partnerships with other educational and public agencies, to secure institutional contracts, offering discounts of up to 85% on a broad spectrum of products and services.

The Marketing & Engagement Coordinator supports the planning and execution of Enterprise & Procurement Services' marketing, communications, stakeholder engagement, and event initiatives. Working under the direction of the Strategic Operations Manager, this position is responsible for coordinating day-to-day marketing activities, maintaining digital communications, executing department events, and ensuring consistent branding across EPS programs. The Coordinator works collaboratively with Communications, Technology Development, vendors, and internal staff to deliver high-quality engagement opportunities that increase awareness of EPS programs and services.

  • Marketing & Communications:
  • Draft and coordinate newsletters, marketing campaigns, and website content with Communications and Technology Development.
  • Events & Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Coordinate logistics for conferences, forums, webinars, receptions, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Project Coordination:
  • Maintain timelines, follow-up activities, and manage meeting agendas.

Attributes for Success

  • Relevant AA/AS, equivalent work experience, or a combination of both.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of related work experience in marketing, communications, event planning, stakeholder engagement, project coordination, or related field.
  • Experience in sales, marketing and/or event strategies is a plus.

Budgeted Hourly Pay Range:

$25.00 - $26.44

Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.
