The Opportunity
As a Marketing Enabler, you will play a key role in driving strategies that consistently translate our science into meaningful patient impact. By delivering these positive patient experiences, you will simultaneously drive measurable business growth and commercial excellence. You will collaborate with our local Ophthalmology disease area team and international teams to connect as one integrated system, contribute to disease area and product marketing, and engage with external stakeholders to enhance patient outcomes.
Develop and implement disease area and product marketing strategies in alignment with Roche’s vision, to translate our science into meaningful patient impact.
Design and execute customer-focused commercial initiatives, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
Drive omnichannel engagement strategies, optimizing digital and traditional channels for impactful outreach.
Conduct market research and data analysis, gathering insights from patients, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders.
Leverage advanced data and AI-driven insights for dynamic targeting, and real-time calibration of our marketing strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and adopt scalable, reusable capabilities that connect global and local expertise.
Drive digital transformation by leveraging innovative tools and platforms to enhance patient and stakeholder engagement.
You will be an active member of the local and global marketing community, contributing to cross-functional collaboration and driving impactful strategies.
Who You Are
University degree in life sciences, business, marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA, MSc) is a plus.
Deep experience in marketing and commercialization; experience with patient engagement in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a major asset.
Proven capability in understanding of patient journeys, therapeutic areas, and market dynamics.
Skilled in omnichannel marketing, digital tools, and utilizing data and technology to generate insights and make better decisions, faster.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and lead discussions with diverse stakeholders.
Agile mindset with a strategic and entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving.
Fluent in local language and proficient in English, enabling seamless collaboration across teams.
