You maintain the common thread in our communication, write about our products and services and leave your professional stamp on our brand.
As a Marketing Employee, you are responsible for developing, coordinating and executing our external communications across multiple European countries, with a strong focus on Spain and Portugal. You translate our strategy, products and values into clear and engaging messages across a variety of channels. In this role, you work closely with Sales and other stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective communication.
In this role you will be responsible for the following tasks:
We are looking for a creative and proactive marketing professional who enjoys working independently, collaborating internationally and turning complex topics into engaging content.
You have:
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field;
• At least 2 years of work experience in a marketing or communications role;
• A strong affinity for design and the ability to create attractive visual content yourself;
• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to work with subject matter experts to translate complex information into clear and engaging communication for our farmers;
• Experience with digital channels, including websites, social media and email marketing;
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail;
• Fluency in Spanish (native level) and English; additional languages are considered an advantage;
• Confidence in presenting ideas and communicating them convincingly;
• Willingness to travel within Europe several times per year;
• Residence in Spain within one hour travel of Valencia;
• Experience in or affinity with the food and/or agricultural sector.
Nice to have:
• Planning and managing paid digital campaigns;
• Creating engaging infographics and other visual content;
• Developing animations and motion graphics;
• Strong PowerPoint design and presentation development skills;
• Knowledge of SEO and marketing analytics.
