We’re looking for a Marketing & Education Program Associate to join us on a 14-month parental leave contract.
The role
Reporting to the Director Education Programs you’ll support the growth of QTC Education by leading marketing campaigns and events, while ensuring smooth day-to-day program delivery. Your work will help drive participation, enhance experience, and expand a growing education service supporting Queensland Government clients.

QTC Education delivers open, custom and large-scale training solutions across the public sector—supporting learners from policy leaders to finance teams.
QTC Education contributes to a more capable public sector through serving learners at multiple levels: policy decision makers, budget holders, asset managers, and finance and procurement teams.
What you’ll do:
Marketing & communications
Deliver targeted campaigns to drive course uptake
Maintain website content, eDMs and promotional collateral
Ensure brand consistency across all materials
Events & delivery
Coordinate events, webinars and conferences end-to-end
Manage logistics, promotion and reporting
Represent QTC at key forums
Stakeholder & operations
Act as a key contact for clients, vendors and internal teams
Support program operations, participant data and reporting
Assist with financial admin and continuous improvement initiatives
About you
3+ years’ experience in a similar role bringing exposure across marketing, communications & events
Strong campaign delivery and stakeholder engagement skills
Highly organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Experience with digital tools (e.g. LinkedIn, Campaign Monitor, Canva)
