Position Summary:
Welcome customers / guests to the casino
Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
- Open door for customers / guests
- Smile
- Provide casino information upon request to customers / guests
- Provide tribal history to customers / guests upon request
- Direct customers / guests to various areas of the casino
Secondary Functions:
- Other duties as assigned

Experience:
No experience or education requirements
Job Conditions:
Working conditions include standing for periods of time up to 4-6 hours at a time, while possibly dealing with disgruntled customers. Works days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
Must have the ability to sit and or stand for long periods of time and socialize with customers / guests.
