Reporting to the VP ofPatcraftBrand Strategy, theMarketing Director for our Tenant Improvement/Design, Corporate Workplace, and RetailEnd-UseSegmentsis a director-level segment leader responsible for shaping and executing the strategy that drives growth, differentiation, and customer relevance in these markets. Sitting on Patcraft’sMarketing Segment Team, this role partners cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing toidentifyopportunities, define segment priorities, inform product roadmaps, and deliver compelling go-to-market plans. As the segment subject matter expert, the Director brings the voice of the customer to internal teams and helps ensure field readiness through clear messaging, tools, and alignment.This role will be basedfromCartersville, GA working in a hybrid way with US travel. Responsibilities
Own and lead segment strategy that drives customer relevance, competitive differentiation, and long‑term growth.
Use market, customer, and data‑driven insights toidentifyopportunities and shapestrategyacross national, regional, and local markets.
Partner closely with Product, Design, Sales, and Operations to define compelling value propositions and bring innovative solutions to market.
Act as the voice of the customer and a recognized thought leader, translating insights into clear direction for internal teams and external audiences.
Develop sales tools and briefs that equip the sales team to effectively execute in the field.
Champion cohesive brand messaging across all marketing efforts by working closely with Creative, Transform Studio, Strategic Accounts, and Sales teams.
Build deep relationships with sales teams and industry influencers—including designers, architects, and end users—to strengthen market presence and accelerate adoption.
Requirements
7+yearsexperienceofprogressivemarketingand/or sales experiencerequired,andbachelor'sdegreeis stronglypreferred.
1+ years of directleadership experience

Abilityandwillingnessto work in a hybrid way at theCreate Centre, Cartersville GAcampus 3-5 days a week depending on the needs of the business, travelscheduleand collaboration focus
Highly preferred experiences andskills
Deep end-use leadership inTenant Improvement/Design, Corporate Workplace, Retail, Office Interiors, A&D, or commercial real estate segments within the commercialinteriorsbuilding products space —including building segment strategy,identifyingsub-segments, and translating insights into growth plans.
Proven cross-functional leadership in a matrix environment(Product, Sales, Brand/Comms, Design, Supply Chain/Manufacturing) to build differentiated positioning and drive coordinated go-to-market execution.
Demonstrated experience shaping product direction and launches —informing product roadmaps from customer/market insights and leading launch planning, field readiness, and adoption.
Strong market intelligence + analytics orientation —ability tosizeopportunities, spot trends, and use data to set priorities and influence senior stakeholders.
Executive-level stakeholder influence and change navigation —comfortable clarifying role scope, managing ambiguity, and aligning leaders during transitions.
