Are you a motivated Manager of Marketing or  Director of Sales and Marketing or and ambitious Senior Sales and Marketing Manager  in Residential High-Rise and Mid-Rise development? We are working with a  truly outstanding residential Mid-Rise and High-Rise developer in the GTA that is looking for someone who is an expert at launching projects, reporting, and liaising with third-party sales and marketing agencies on the projects!   Our client is looking for someone who loves Real Estate and Development and motivated by innovative ideas, awards, and recognition. 

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be given the opportunity to be the liaison between the developer,  marketing team, and agencies.   You will represent the face of the company, whilst portraying brand loyalty and innovation within the building industry.  Our client is looking for a candidate with a  passion for people, creative design ideas, current materials/finishes, technology, and high regard for green building/sustainable building practices. Ideally, they are looking for a  positive,  self-starter personality with a creative entrepreneurial twist.
