What The Position is About:

• Oversee all marketing and lead generation strategies for the company
• Lead, coach, and manage the Director of Field Marketing and Call Center Manager to achieve lead generation and conversion goals
• Develop and implement new marketing strategies to continue steady growth
• Manage marketing vendors and third-party relationships
• Maintain marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment on overall company goals
• Develop and deliver reports on KPIs
• Track and review campaigns for improvement opportunities
• Maintain up to date on industry trends and developments that may affect the market

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Experience overseeing all forms of lead generation for a $50M-$100M+ organization
• Experience overseeing Field Marketing and Call Center teams
• The ability to forecast and create budgets, create marketing strategies, and manage vendors
