What The Position is About:

  • Oversee all marketing and lead generation strategies for the company
  • Lead, coach, and manage the Call Center Manager and Brand Ambassador Program Manager to achieve lead generation and conversion goals
  • Develop and implement new marketing strategies to continue steady growth
  • Maintain marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources
  • Manage marketing vendors and third-party relationships
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment on overall company goals
  • Develop and deliver reports on KPIs
  • Track and review campaigns for improvement opportunities
  • Maintain up to date on industry trends and developments that may affect the market

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • Proven marketing leadership experience within the home improvement industry
  • Experience overseeing all marketing at a $15M+ company, and proven experience scaling that organization
  • Digital marketing experience
  • The ability to manage external agencies
  • Strong understanding of call center operations
