Job Description

As Marketing Director, and under the supervision of the Executive Director, your main role will be to develop, coordinate and implement the institution's marketing strategy to ensure its visibility, attractiveness and enrolment growth. You will be responsible for campaign planning, brand image management and the development of content tailored to target audiences. You will lead a dynamic local team and work closely with the admissions, communication, digital and academic departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement LaSalle College's marketing strategy, in alignment with the group's orientations;
• Manage the planning, execution and optimization of marketing campaigns (digital, events, press, partnerships, etc.);
• Ensure brand consistency and strength across all communication media and channels;
• Supervise and lead the local marketing team (project managers, graphic designers, content creators, etc.);
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on key indicators (KPIs);
• Ensure close collaboration with the Admissions, Communication, IT and Pedagogy departments to support enrolment objectives;
• Coordinate the production of promotional content, videos, brochures, newsletters, etc.;
• Monitor education market trends, student behaviour and marketing innovations.
REQUIREMENTS
• Hold a university degree in marketing, communications, management or related field;
• Have between 7 and 10 years of experience in marketing, including experience in team management;
• Have a solid knowledge of the higher education market;
• Have expertise in digital marketing, inbound marketing, SEO/SEM and CRM;
• Proficiency in French language (spoken and written);
• Professional proficiency in English language (spoken and written).
This role involves frequent interactions with clients and internal and external partners on both a national and global scale. Therefore, professional proficiency in English is a requirement for this role.
