Job Description

Our client is an Electronics and appliance specialist retailer.

Responsibilities:

• In charge of public relations, campaign promotions, social media, advertising, branding and digital marketing.
• Develop and maintain close relationship with press, media and external agencies. 
• Develop, implement and execute all marketing related activities to increase brand awareness and exposure.
• Responsible for plan and monitor annual marketing budget for all advertising and communication programs.
• Analyze competitor activities and make suggestions to be taken to secure and grow market share.
• Responsible for the marketing and corporate communications functions, by organizing media events.
• Formulate marketing strategies and prepare marketing proposals
• Research and analyze market trend and customer’s needs and propose new business strategy e.g. Online campaign site and mini games, Viral video and forums marketing, Survey marketing.
• Accountable for P&L, A&P budget control and sales analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in marketing, business or a relevant discipline. 5 years’ marketing experience with at least 3 years specialty management in Retail industry, preferably experience in electronic products.
• Good understanding in retail market, be able to lead and organize sales and marketing campaigns and events.
• Strong interpersonal skills and market insights, and good sense of teamwork.
• Responsible, initiative, able to work independently and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese, Mandarin.
• Immediately available is preferred.
