Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven
Marketing Director
to lead the full marketing function across retail and e-commerce channels.

This role will be responsible for driving brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue through impactful campaigns tailored to the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

• 
  Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business and commercial objectives
• 
  Lead brand positioning, communication, and go-to-market strategies
• 
  Manage and develop the marketing team to deliver high-impact results

Campaigns & Market Execution

• 
  Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
• 
  Ensure campaigns are tailored to the KSA market behavior and customer insights
• 
  Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI

Digital & E-Commerce Marketing

• 
  Lead digital marketing efforts including performance marketing, social media, and online campaigns
• 
  Support e-commerce growth through traffic generation, conversion optimization, and retention strategies
• 
  Track key KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates

Brand & Customer Experience

• 
  Strengthening brand presence across all customer touchpoints
• 
  Ensure consistent brand identity across stores and digital platforms
• 
  Enhance customer engagement and loyalty

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• 
  Work closely with Commercial, Retail, and E-Commerce teams to align campaigns with sales targets
• 
  Coordinate with external agencies and partners

  10+ years of experience in Marketing
• 
  Strong experience in Retail
• 
  Proven experience managing marketing campaigns in KSA market is a must.
• 
  Strong background in digital & performance marketing
• 
  Experience leading teams and managing agencies
• 
  Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
