We are looking for a seasoned marketing professional with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team as a Full-time Marketing Director. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, a deep understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels, and the ability to lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives. This includes conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Brand Management: Oversee all aspects of brand management, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints. Develop and maintain brand guidelines, and work to enhance brand awareness and perception in the market.
  • Digital Marketing: Lead the company's digital marketing efforts, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Traditional Marketing: Manage traditional marketing channels such as print advertising, direct mail, events, and public relations. Ensure integration between traditional and digital marketing efforts for maximum impact.
  • Marketing Analytics: Implement and oversee marketing analytics systems to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement. Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various marketing activities. Monitor expenses and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments to inform marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Marketing Technology: Evaluate, implement, and manage marketing technology solutions to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance marketing capabilities.
  • Content Strategy: Develop and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive content strategy across all channels, ensuring the creation of high-quality, engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Customer Segmentation: Develop and refine customer personas and segmentation strategies to ensure marketing efforts are tailored to specific target audiences.
