Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Marketing & Digital Growth Coordinator to join our client's team. Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize the online booking portal, ensuring content accuracy, user experience, and conversion improvement
Support and execute digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels
Oversee day-to-day social media activities, including content planning, publishing, and engagement
Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives
Monitor digital performance and translate data into actionable insights for continuous improvement
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media management
Strong commercial mindset with understanding of ROI and performance metrics
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
