Due to continual growth we are looking to expand our amazing team and have the opportunity for a compassionate and engaging Marketing & Digital Coordinator to join us!
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the development and implementation of marketing materials.
• Support the implementation of the Community Accessability brand and its application across the organisation, ensuring that any materials comply with Community Accessability’s brand guidelines.
• Undertake day-to-day content updates across Community Accessability’s digital channels, including website, intranet/extranet, social media, email and any other platforms for internal and external audiences.
• Analyse, monitor and report on marketing data and performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing to ensure effective campaigns.
• Drive initiatives and campaigns both online and in the community.
• Attend and organise all marketing events including field days, careers expo’s and community involvement initiatives.
• Generate new business leads through marketing campaigns.
• Organise the production and distribution of business collateral and marketing materials.
• Assist with the implementation and delivery of internal communications across the Community Accessability network.
• Liaise with suppliers to organise quotes, brief designs, organise production of materials and book media. This includes printers, graphic designers, digital developers, photographers, news outlets, tradespeople.
• Support the development and implementation of fundraising activities.
• Coordinate optimisation of website content for search engines, including keyword integration, meta tags, and internal linking
• Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and phrases that drive relevant traffic
• Ability to set up and manage various tags, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Pixel, and other marketing and analytics tags is preferred
• Monitoring online brand mentions and comments/questions posted to our social channels to ensure responsiveness and maintain feedback hygiene
• Lead direct contributions to the growth of our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking
• Lead contributions in ensuring CA’s social media presence is vibrant, informative, professional, consistent and contains fresh, engaging content to engage new audiences and boost brand visibility and appeal
• Coordinate key supporter publications including the newsletter, annual reports, and stakeholder reports
