The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As the APAC Marketing Development Manager, you will strategically develop and refine the regional portfolio, leading and design innovative marketing campaigns that drive business growth and expansion in the region. Your expertise in fostering team development, nurturing key partnerships, and ensuring compliance will be instrumental in driving successful product launches and sustaining a competitive edge in the APAC market.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for related portfolio across the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Align Marketing development plans with Country go-To-Market strategies/priorities and ensure their effective execution to achieve business objectives.
  • Work collaboratively to establish consensus on country-specific priorities, including pricing strategies, competitor analysis, and product positioning.
  • Conduct in-depth competitive analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and threats in the market.
  • Lead the strategic direction and introduction for new product, Collaborate with global teams to synchronize product pipelines and ensure a clear direction for product launches and implementations in APAC.
  • Formulate and execute promotional campaigns tailored for the Asia-Pacific market, ensuring they resonate with local customers and drive product adoption.
  • Maintain close communication with marketing teams in various APAC countries to understand their unique needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and regulatory affairs, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration is required. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant working experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare or dental industry in APAC.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, new product launches, and promotional campaign execution.
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for market trends and competitor dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and cross-cultural environment.
  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate complex marketing strategies clearly and concisely.
