Position Summary
The Marketing & Social Media Coordinator serves as the central hub for all marketing workflow, project intake, task coordination, scheduling, and execution support. This role ensures that all marketing initiatives are clearly documented, properly scheduled, and completed accurately and on time.
Over time, the position will assume responsibility for in-house social media execution, including on-site content creation, short-form video and reels, posting calendar management, and monthly performance reporting. These responsibilities will transition from the current external consultant as part of a phased handoff.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, the Coordinator helps turn strategic direction into day-to-day execution while maintaining visibility, organization, and accountability across all marketing projects — ensuring no details are missed and no deadlines fall through the cracks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
All job duties are to be performed in accordance with Company Policies & Procedures, OSHA standards and other legal regulations and requirements. Essential responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Project Intake & Request Management
- Receive all marketing requests from Casino Operations and other departments
- Complete project request forms with full, accurate, and compliant details
- Clarify missing information as needed
- Route finalized project requests to the Marketing Manager for review, prioritization, and approval
Project & Workflow Management
- Manage the day-to-day casino marketing calendar, including promotions, events, entertainment, and property initiatives
- Track deadlines, deliverables, approvals, and status updates across multiple campaigns
- Coordinate communication among casino departments, including Gaming, Food & Beverage, Entertainment, Hotel, Compliance, and Operations
- Proactively identify and flag scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, or risks
- Ensure smooth execution across concurrent casino campaigns and promotional timelines
Campaign & Asset Coordination
- Gather campaign inputs, including promotional details, offer language, disclaimers, regulatory requirements, and creative direction
- Prepare task briefs and design briefs for internal teams and external partners
- Route creative proofs through appropriate approval channels, including compliance when required
- Coordinate posting schedules and promotional rollout timing across marketing channels
Vendor Coordination
- Request and track production quotes for signage, print, digital, and promotional materials
- Submit approved creative files and specifications to vendors
- Track proofs, revisions, production timelines, and approvals
- Confirm delivery, installation, and completion status for on-property assets
Event & Promotion Support
- Track signage, collateral, and materials required for casino promotions, tournaments, entertainment events, and special activations
- Confirm installation timing, placement, and inventory levels
- Support on-property execution, setup, and coordination as needed
Social Media Content & Coordination
- Capture engaging on-site photo and video content highlighting the casino floor, promotions, entertainment, dining, and guest experience
- Develop and maintain a social media posting calendar aligned with approved promotional schedules
- Draft captions aligned with established brand voice, promotional language, and regulatory requirements
- Schedule content and coordinate timing across social platforms
- Track monthly engagement, reach, and performance metrics
- Provide insights and recommendations to support future content planning
- Attend annual BSA/AML training, as scheduled.

Education and/or Experience
1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, social media support, or campaign execution.
Language Skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of guests or team members of organization.
- Bilingual preferred languages: Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Mien, etc.
Mathematical Skills
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to accurately calculate addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in an efficient manner.
Reasoning Ability
- The ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills
- Windows 98 or above and the internet is required.
- Proficiency with marketing project management tools, social media platforms, and basic analytics.
