We build and operate a fully integrated mobility platform – from fully serviced shared corporate e-bikes and car fleets to our own smart parking and EV charging operating systems – all seamlessly connected through a single user application and admin portal. We work with some of Switzerland's largest companies and real estate operators, and we're growing fast.
We have strong customer references, great case studies, and a product that speaks for itself – we're missing a dedicated marketing owner to scale our reach. That's where you come in.
Your role
We're looking for a hands-on Marketing & Demand Generation Manager who will take ownership of Urban Connect's lead generation and marketing function and scale it properly. We have existing content, white papers, testimonials, and past experience with lead generation – but no dedicated person driving it consistently. The commercial team has been growing largely through direct outreach and word of mouth. It's time to build the engine.
Your mission: make sure the right people know what we do, and turn that awareness into a steady pipeline of qualified leads for our sales team.
This is not a role where you inherit a playbook. You write the playbook. You own the strategy and execute it yourself – from designing the campaign to writing the LinkedIn post to standing at the trade fair booth.
Your tasks

Urban Connect is a multimodal mobility platform for companies that enables shared, climate-neutral mobility. We offer companies an ecosystem of low-emission, shared vehicles - from e-bikes, e-scooters and e-cargo bikes to e-cars - all of which can be booked via an (award-winning) app. The platform also enables the simple integration of existing vehicle fleets and public transport ticketing in collaboration with SBB. All of this can be bundled into an intelligent mobility budget and thus have a positive impact on employees' commuting behaviour. The data can be measured in order to manage utilisation efficiently.
