About the role

Pinhome is looking for a Demand Marketing Associate to drive our growth in Bali, one of our most strategic and high-potential markets.

You will be responsible for building and executing localized marketing strategies to grow demand, customer acquisition, activation, and retention for Pinhome Home Services.

This role requires a mix of data-driven marketing, local insight, partnership building, and on-ground execution. You will work closely with the Regional Lead, HQ Marketing, Category, and Operations teams to design campaigns tailored specifically for Balis unique customer segments (homes, villas, expats, tourism sector, property managers, etc.).

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute localized demand-generation strategies for Bali.
• Plan and deliver partnership, performance marketing plan, CRM plan, and promotional campaigns to increase orders and repeat rates.
• Identify and manage local partnerships (villas, property managers, coworking spaces, communities).
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with Category and Ops teams to ensure supply-demand balance and campaign readiness.
• Monitor campaign performance and generate insights to optimize ROI.
• Support on-ground initiatives such as merchant activations, local events, and community marketing.
• Manage Bali-specific marketing budgets and reporting.

What You Will Need

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, performance marketing, or demand generation (fresh grads with strong portfolios considered).
• Strong understanding of Balis local market, consumer behavior, and industry landscape (hospitality, villas, expat communities).

• Comfortable with data, metrics, and performance tracking.

• Creative, resourceful, and strong execution capability.

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple initiatives at once.

• Experience with on-ground marketing or partnerships is a strong plus.

About the team

You will be part of the Demand Marketing team within Pinhome Home Service a fast-paced, collaborative, and impact-driven group. The team works closely with Regional Lead, Category, Supply, Product, and Ops teams to drive end-to-end growth and market expansion.
