Strategic Coordination & Agile Facilitation o Collaborative Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with product owners, architects, developers, and the Corporate Websites Management (CWM) team’s UX design group to bridge business requirements with technical execution

As a Marketing Delivery Assoc Senior -Business Analyst within the Corporate Websites Management team, you will collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, and the UX design group to bridge business requirements with technical execution

Job responsibilities

  • Technical & Process Support o Collaborate with the platform team in gathering requirements and authoring improvement suggestions.
  • Work with developers on technical improvements, including supporting initiatives to optimize system performance.
  • Assist in translating design concepts into actionable technical specifications ensuring clear communication between designers and developers.
  • Support scrum coaches by reinforcing agile best practices and contributing to process enhancement initiatives as needed.
  • Risk & Impact Assessment Evaluate the impact of proposed changes on current systems and workflows, including identification and mitigation of potential risks.
  • Document impact and gap analyses, and present findings along with recommendations to product owners and key stakeholders. 5. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions and drive process improvements. o Support the Product Owner in developing business cases and financial benefit analyses for strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to overall process optimization efforts across the team by aligning project workflows with agile and BDD practices.

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities

  • Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated experience in business analysis and data analytics.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., MS Excel), as well as project management and design tools like Jira and Figma.
  • Experience in applying Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) methodologies and writing clear "Given-When-Then" scenarios.
  • Strong documentation, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) or significant experience with agile frameworks.
  • Familiarity with financial or digital marketing environments.
  • Experience working with remote or globally dispersed teams.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement and digital innovation
