Job Description

Melbourne | Hybrid working

Bring campaigns to market. Keep the details on track. See your work reach customers.

At Latitude, we make it possible—for our customers, our partners and our people. Behind every marketing campaign is someone connecting the people, creative and processes that bring it to market.

As our Marketing Delivery Assistant Manager, you’ll help deliver campaigns across our Money business in Australia and New Zealand. From coordinating creative assets to progressing approvals and preparing launches, you’ll help turn marketing plans into campaigns that are accurate, timely and ready for customers.

If you enjoy bringing order to moving parts and working with others to get things done, this could be your next opportunity.

Your impact

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll work across Marketing, Product, Legal, Compliance, Finance, agencies and affiliate partners to keep campaign delivery moving.

This is a hands-on role with variety, combining campaign coordination, creative production support and marketing operations. Your attention to detail and follow-through will help the team deliver with confidence.

You’ll:

  • Coordinate campaigns across paid media, digital, affiliate and CRM channels, keeping timelines, deliverables and launch requirements on track.
  • Work with teams and agencies to develop creative assets, providing hands-on support with basic design, adaptation and resizing.
  • Manage approval workflows through Admation, coordinating Legal and Compliance reviews before campaigns launch.
  • Keep promotional offers, product listings and campaign assets accurate and up to date across affiliate and comparison partner platforms.
  • Support marketing financial administration, including purchase orders, invoices, spend tracking and budget reconciliation.
  • Maintain campaign records and trackers, flag delivery risks and help resolve issues with the Senior Acquisition Lead.
  • Identify ways to simplify delivery through better processes, AI, automation and digital tools.

What you’ll bring

You’re organised, practical and comfortable managing several priorities at once. You know when to follow up, when to ask questions and when to flag an issue. You care about the details and understand how they contribute to a successful campaign.

We’re looking for:

  • Experience in marketing operations, campaign delivery, campaign coordination or a similar role.
  • An understanding of multi-channel marketing and experience coordinating campaigns, timelines and stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting creative production, with basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with marketing approval workflows, ideally through Admation or a comparable platform.
  • An understanding of Legal and Compliance requirements in marketing, supported by strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with purchase orders, invoice processing, expenditure tracking and budget reconciliation.
  • Clear communication skills, confidence working with internal teams and external partners, and a proactive approach to solving problems.
  • You’ll also bring strong Microsoft Office skills and an interest in using AI and automation to improve everyday delivery. Experience in financial services or another regulated environment would be valuable.

More possibilities for you

You’ll gain exposure to marketing delivery across two markets and a range of channels, building your experience across campaign execution, creative production, partner activity and marketing governance.

You’ll join a close-knit team that values curiosity, collaboration and fresh thinking, with support from a manager who welcomes your ideas and professional development.

We believe doing great work starts with feeling supported.

We make it possible…

  • To spend more time with your loved ones—with an extra week of paid leave each year through our Take 5 initiative.
  • To enjoy greater flexibility—with a hybrid working model that combines working from home with connection in the office.
  • To put your wellbeing first—with Sonder, a 24/7 support app for mental and physical wellbeing.
  • To access financial benefits—with discounts on Latitude products and services.

Our values—Take Ownership, Pursue Excellence, Win Together and Create Tomorrow—guide how we work and support each other.

Ready for your next opportunity?

You don’t need to tick every box. If you bring many of the skills we’re looking for and feel this could be your next step, we’d love to hear from you.

Bring your ideas, initiative and eye for detail. Apply now and help us make it possible.
