What this role is all about:

As a Marketing Data & Technology Intern, you will have an opportunity to dig deeper into the complex world of marketing technology, by learning how we capture, manage, and activate customer data using Infobip's own products, such as People, Moments, and AgentOS, alongside external tools like Salesforce.

You will start by understanding how our marketing data ecosystem works, what keeps it clean and reliable, and how our proprietary platform connects with external systems to create a seamless lead and customer experience. Then you will deep dive into hands-on technical work, building and improving forms, designing smarter automation flows, debugging sync issues, and preparing our accounts for migration to new platforms.

What you'll do:

  • You will analyse and clean our lead and customer databases to ensure data quality across People, Moments, and AgentOS.
  • You will manage custom attributes and events, and collaborate with Sales and Privacy teams on record cleanup.
  • You will build and improve forms as the main data capture mechanism on Portal and Infobip web.
  • You will design and implement flow improvements to enhance the lead and customer experience.
  • You will support the marketing automation team with troubleshooting and debugging.
  • You will contribute to migrating accounts to AgentOS, working across multiple teams to handle complex account structures.
  • You will maintain Salesforce sync, mapping fields, introducing new elements, analysing data, and resolving sync errors.
  • You will document current and future marketing technology solutions to keep our knowledge base up to date.

What makes you a strong fit:

  • Currently pursuing a master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Familiarity or interest with CRM tools.
  • You have the ability to prioritize in a results-driven, collaborative environment.
  • You have developed strategic thinking and the ability to define and pursue high level objectives.
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • You know how to organize your time.
  • You have the ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • You are available to start with internship on July 6th, 2026.
  • You hold valid student rights from „Studentski Centar“ throughout the entire internship period (6 months).

Internship timeline:

  • CV screening & Interview with Talent Acquisition (During April & May)
  • Recruitment task (home assignments) (During May & June)
  • Interview with Hiring team and selection process feedback (June)
  • Start of internship program (July 6th)
  • Orientation week in Zagreb Infobip campus (July 6th - 10th)
  • Working with the mentor and within a team (July - January)
  • End of the Internship program (January)
