  • Design and Develop: Create robust, scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes using modern tools like Apache Airflow and dbt. Implement data models that support both analytical and operational needs across the organization.
  • Build Cloud Infrastructure: Architect and maintain our cloud-based data platform on Snowflake, ensuring optimal performance, security, and cost-efficiency. Design and implement data lakes and data warehouses that serve as the single source of truth.
  • Ensure Data Quality: Implement data quality frameworks, testing procedures, and monitoring systems to maintain data integrity and reliability throughout the data lifecycle.
  • Automate and Optimize: Develop automated workflows, optimize query performance, and implement best practices for data engineering to ensure efficient data processing and delivery.

Your profile - solid and ready for the future

  • A strong foundation in Business Informatics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field is essential.
  • A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role is required.
  • Proficiency in working with data processing tools such as Apache Airflow, dbt or SSIS is a requirement.
  • Proficiency in working with relational databases, including MySQL, is a mandatory requirement. Familiarity with Snowflake is an asset.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data architectures.
  • Knowledge of Python programming is a definite advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Fluent proficiency in the English language is a necessary skill to complete your profile.
