Your role in the Team’s Success

Analyse marketing data to drive insights, optimise campaigns, and improve marketing effectiveness across IG's marketing initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to provide insights that can make significant commercial impact and be the go-to person for all things data and performance.

What you’ll do

  • Analyse marketing campaign performance across digital channels

  • Provide insights on customer acquisition, LTV, attribution, engagement, and retention

  • Support segmentation and targeting strategies with data analysis

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimise campaign performance

  • Build automated data pipelines and dashboards to minimise repetitive tasksand allow data self service

  • Be the POC for all data related questions on Marketing and have full ownership of the domain area

What you’ll need for this role

  • An extensive background in analytics

  • AdvancedSQLskillswith experience in building andmaintainingdata pipelines (tools like DBT, Airflow)

  • Experience with marketing analytics tools and platforms(GA,GTM,Braze,Appsflyer, Firebaseetc)

  • Experience running A/b tests and creatingmarketing metrics, KPIs, and attribution models

  • Strong stakeholder management skills withability tocommunicate effectively and using insights to influence decision making

  • Experience working withVisualisation tools (Looker)
