In this role, you act as the bridge between marketing, sales and data. You transform complex datasets into clear insights, empower teams with meaningful dashboards and help shape smarter, data‑led decisions across the business.

What awaits you?

  • Design, maintain and continuously improve Marketing & Sales dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce and related platforms, clearly linking marketing efforts to sales performance.
  • Take ownership of marketing data structure and data quality, including the setup and further development of the data warehouse to unlock actionable insights.
  • Analyse and visualise campaign performance, including tracking and tagging, working closely with digital marketers, campaign managers and external agencies.
  • Support the B2C Sales team by building, optimising and expanding reports and dashboards in Tableau, Adobe Analytics and Salesforce.
  • Translate data into insights by placing results in the right context and advising marketing, communication and sales teams to support strategic and data‑driven decision‑making.

What should you bring along?

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • You have at least 3 years’ experience in a data‑driven role such as Data Analyst or Marketing Intelligence Analyst.
  • You are highly proficient in Excel and have hands‑on experience with Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Salesforce or similar tools.
  • You combine strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach and strong analytical skills.
  • You are able to turn data into clear conclusions and communicate insights convincingly, both in writing and verbally.
  • Experience with AI applications and a strong interest in innovation within marketing and data analytics is a distinct advantage.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, English and French, both spoken and written.
  • You are enthusiastic, proactive and a true team player who enjoys collaborating and sharing knowledge across teams.
