The Marketing Technology team sits at the intersection of Performance Marketing, Data, Product, and Engineering.
We focus on building scalable tracking frameworks, attribution models, automation pipelines, and AI-powered systems that drive measurable growth. The team enables marketing to operate with precision — turning raw campaign data into actionable insights and automation that improves ROI across all channels.
As a Marketing Data Analyst within the Marketing Technology team, you will play a critical role in shaping how we measure, optimize, and scale our digital marketing performance.
You will combine advanced analytics, attribution modeling, SQL-driven deep dives, and AI-powered automation to unlock growth opportunities across multiple advertising platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, experimentation, and digital advertising innovation.
Generating actionable insights from large-scale marketing campaign datasets
Designing and maintaining in-house attribution models across complex customer journeys
Leveraging AI and LLM-based workflows to scale personalized ad content generation
Detecting and mitigating digital ad fraud
Building dashboards and reporting frameworks that inform executive-level decisions
Partnering closely with Performance Marketing to drive measurable revenue impact
Partner with the Performance Marketing team to deliver personalized, data-driven content and oversee tracking and measurement across multiple advertising platforms
Analyze campaign performance data to surface optimization opportunities that drive measurable growth
Leverage AI and LLM-based models to automate generation of ad copy, images, and video at scale
Design, implement, and maintain attribution models that evaluate touchpoints across the full customer journey
Monitor and detect digital ad fraud and deploy proactive countermeasures, including tools such as AppsFlyer Protect360
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to visualize key performance metrics
Conduct in-depth data analysis using SQL to identify trends and inform strategic marketing decisions
Collaborate cross-functionally with Data, Product, and Engineering to ensure data integrity and alignment
3+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics or a related field
Advanced SQL proficiency with 3+ years of hands-on experience
Intermediate Python skills with practical application in analytics workflows
Proven experience using LLMs to generate marketing content at scale
Strong understanding of marketing measurement methodologies and attribution modeling
Experience with digital ad fraud detection and MMP tools such as AppsFlyer Protect360
Working knowledge of major advertising platforms including Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, and X
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives
High attention to detail and commitment to data quality
Clear attribution visibility across paid channels
