About the role

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Copywriter to develop clear, engaging, and locally relevant content for moomoo Thailand across digital, product, campaign, and customer communication touchpoints.

This role will be responsible for writing original Thai copy, adapting global content for the Thailand market, and ensuring that all customer-facing communications sound natural, consistent, and appropriate for Thai investors. You will translate moomoo’s brand positioning and tone of voice into polished Thai communications across websites, digital advertising, social media, app communications, promotions, EDMs, and brand campaigns.

You will work closely with the local Brand team, regional HQ, and other internal teams to maintain high standards of Thai language quality and brand consistency across all channels.

Marketing Copywriter

Responsibilities

1. Thai Content Copywriting & Localisation

• Write, localise, and adapt Thai content across customer-facing communication touchpoints, including:

1. Website homepage, product pages, landing pages, campaign pages, and FAQ pages
2. Digital advertisements, paid social, display banners, search advertisements, and campaign materials
3. Brand campaigns, key visuals, promotional materials, and social media content
4. App and product communications, including feature descriptions and campaign mechanics
5. EDMs, push notifications, in-app messages, CRM banners, and other customer communications
6. SEO-related website content, metadata, page titles, descriptions, and search copy

• Translate complex product, investment, and platform information into clear, concise, and accessible Thai content
• Adapt global and regional materials for the Thailand market while preserving the original business meaning, product accuracy, and communication objective
• Adjust the writing style based on the format, audience, and purpose, from concise advertising copy to informative product and educational content
• Develop headlines, key messages, body copy, and calls to action that support campaign and business objectives
• Contribute Thai copy ideas and local language perspectives during campaign, creative, and content development

2. Brand Voice & Thai Language Governance

• Apply moomoo Thailand’s brand positioning and tone of voice consistently across all Thai communications
• Ensure content sounds natural, locally written, and appropriate for Thai investors rather than directly translated from another language
• Develop and maintain Thai language guidelines, terminology lists, approved wording, and copy references
• Provide guidance to internal teams, agencies, and vendors on Thai writing standards and brand language
• Stay informed about Thai consumer behaviour, digital culture, communication styles, and investment-related language trends

3, Translation QA & Content Accuracy

• Review Thai translations and draft content provided by internal teams, agencies, and vendors
• Conduct final language QA before customer-facing content is published or launched
• Review implemented content across websites, landing pages, app screens, advertisements, and other live touchpoints to ensure correct wording, formatting, and presentation
• Ensure content remains consistent across website, app, advertising, social media, CRM, and campaign communications
• Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure content aligns with brand, product, legal, and compliance requirements

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Content Optimization

• Work closely with Brand, Social, Creative, Performance Marketing, Product, CRM, Compliance, and regional HQ teams to understand content objectives and source materials
• Manage multiple content requests across different teams, formats, and timelines
• Support broader content and localisation projects as the Thailand business, product offering, and communication channels expand

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Thai copywriting, content writing, localisation, digital marketing, or a related field
• Native-level Thai writing proficiency, with an excellent command of grammar, vocabulary, tone, and cultural nuance
• Strong English proficiency, with the ability to accurately understand and adapt English source materials into natural Thai
• Strong working knowledge of investing and financial markets, with the ability to accurately understand and communicate investment concepts, product features, and market opportunities in clear and accessible Thai
• Proven experience writing content across multiple formats, such as websites, digital advertisements, campaigns, EDMs, app communications, social media, or promotional materials
• Proficiency in using AI writing tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, to support content drafting, ideation, localisation, and quality assurance
• Ability to develop effective prompts and critically review, fact-check, refine, and rewrite AI-generated Thai content to ensure accuracy, natural language, brand alignment, and suitability for local audiences
• Strong understanding of brand tone of voice and the ability to translate brand direction into consistent, distinctive, and locally relevant Thai copy, with ability to adapt tone across professional, informative, conversational, and promotional communication styles
• Familiarity with Thailand’s digital culture, consumer behaviour, and communication styles
• Practical familiarity with relevant asset classes and products, including US equities, Hong Kong stocks, Thai equities, ETFs, US options, and margin trading; direct experience investing in or producing content about these products is strongly preferred
• Prior experience producing content for investment, brokerage, financial services, fintech, or other finance-related businesses is strongly preferred
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage, particularly for reviewing regional source materials
• Applicants are required to submit a portfolio or relevant writing samples together with their application. Samples demonstrating financial, investment, digital marketing, product, campaign, or localisation work will be considered particularly relevant
