Job Description

This position on Benedictine’s Support Center sales and marketing team develops compelling audience-focused, on-brand marketing content. This position is responsible for developing compelling, audience-focused content that supports the organization’s marketing, branding and communication goals across long-term care services.

Responsibilities

  • Writes and edits engaging content for a variety of channels, including, but not limited to brochures, rack cards and other sales materials, digital and print advertisements, flyers and direct mail pieces, email campaigns and landing pages.
  • Translates complex senior living offerings (independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, short-term rehab) into clear, compassionate and audience-focused language.
  • Oversees compliance with Benedictine brand guidelines, voice and style guides and proper identity usage. Participates and contributes to sales and marketing strategy development.
  • Promotes the Benedictine Mission and Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice by bringing the Mission and Core Values into the day-to-day activities of the company.
  • Performs other duties, tasks, and/or projects as assigned.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in copywriting, content marketing or related role'

$33.65-$40.87 per hour

As Marketing Copywriter, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we tell our story, creating clear, compassionate and engaging content that reflects experiences and services across our communities.

In this role, you’ll spend your time writing and refining marketing materials across a variety of channels, from digital campaigns to brochures. You’ll collaborate with community teams, sales leaders and fellow marketers to bring authentic stories to life and translate complex care options into messaging that is warm, approachable and easy to understand.
