As a Marketing Copy Review Analyst in the Card and Connected Commerce team, you will review marketing creatives to validate compliance with marketing and advertising regulations. You will foster and maintain relationships with marketing product teams, collaborate with Legal and compliance partners, and participate in transformation initiatives focused on automation and simplification. This role is integral to maintaining strong controls and supporting a culture of compliance and innovation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review marketing communications and digital materials for regulatory compliance
  • Provide guidance on marketing and advertising regulatory requirements
  • Foster and maintain relationships with marketing product teams
  • Interface and collaborate with Legal and compliance partners
  • Adhere to and maintain strong controls within the first line of defense
  • Participate in transformation initiatives related to automation and simplification
  • Draft procedures and training documents as needed
  • Communicate effectively across multiple levels of the business
  • Use sound judgment for risk-based decision making
  • Organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • Support a results-oriented and detail-focused environment

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in advertising controls, regulatory compliance, risk, or audit
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of consumer-focused regulations related to marketing and digital media channels
  • Experience in a highly regulated industry with understanding of advertising/marketing practices across various channels
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative approach and relationship-building skills
  • Results-oriented with attention to detail
  • Sound judgment for risk-based decision making
  • Ability to prioritize and organize materials to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience drafting procedures and training documents
  • Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
