Job Description


This is a remote position.


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support marketing operations in a remote environment. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in digital marketing execution, CRM systems, and project management tools who can manage multiple tasks efficiently.


You will work closely with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, and e-commerce platforms. The role requires strong communication, proactive reporting, and the ability to streamline workflows using modern tools and AI.


Key Responsibilities
• Execute and manage email and SMS marketing campaigns using
Zoho One
• Coordinate, schedule, and manage social media content
• Support e-commerce operations, primarily through WooCommerce
• Maintain and update CRM systems and marketing data
• Assist with project management and task tracking using ClickUp
• Collaborate with team members through Slack and other communication tools
• Create and edit basic graphic design assets for marketing campaigns
• Provide daily updates on tasks, priorities, and progress
• Identify and implement improvements to marketing workflows using AI tools


Requirements


• 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination or virtual assistant roles
• Strong experience with Zoho One or similar CRM platforms
• Proficiency in ClickUp or other project management tools
• Experience using Slack or similar communication platforms
• Familiarity with WooCommerce or other e-commerce platforms
• Hands-on experience with email and SMS marketing tools
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and communicate proactively in a remote setup
• Reliable internet connection with backup option
• Strong ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency and workflows
