Job Description

Since launching in Poland in spring 2020, BookBeat has grown quickly and established itself as a leading audiobook service in the market. A big part of that success comes down to having the right people in the right places — and now we're looking for the next person to help shape how we show up in Poland through smart copy, sharp concepts, and campaigns that feel distinctly us.

About the role
As Marketing Coordinator Poland, you'll sit at the heart of our Polish marketing team while also being part of a larger international group. It's a role with real impact from day one: you'll contribute ideas, own projects, and see your work go live in front of a growing Polish audience. You'll report directly to Marketing Director Poland, Anna Wiśniewska-Chodzidło, who'll support your development as you grow into the role.
Your primary workplace is our HQ in Stockholm, so it’s a great fit if you are already based in Sweden or planning to relocate.

Your work will include:

  • Developing creative campaign concepts and slogans

  • Writing strong copy for web, app, social, and other marketing materials

  • Supporting and executing marketing initiatives across channels

  • Tracking trends and identifying new opportunities

  • Analyzing performance and optimizing campaigns

  • Contributing to content, social media, and digital marketing

About you
We think you'll thrive here if you're creative and idea-driven, comfortable owning your work but happy in a team, data-oriented with a hands-on mindset, and genuinely curious about growing across different areas of marketing. You enjoy turning ideas into engaging campaigns, you're a sharp communicator in both speech and writing, and you're the kind of person who spots an opportunity and runs with it rather than waiting to be asked.

On paper, we're looking for:

  • A relevant university degree, preferably in marketing

  • Up to a couple of years of experience in creative marketing, social media, or similar

  • Fluent Polish and strong communication skills in English; Swedish is a plus but not required

That said, personality and drive matter as much to us as your CV. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you. Please submit your CV and cover letter in English!

Are you ready for your next exciting chapter? If so, we would love to hear from you today ! We will review  applications on an ongoing basis, so make sure to apply sooner than later. If you have any questions, feel free contact our Marketing Director Poland, Anna Wiśniewska-Chodzidło on anna.wisniewska@bookbeat.com

About us
In 2015, we began our journey towards the goal of offering Europe’s leading service for digital books and in 2016, we launched to the public. Now, about 10 years since our broad launch, BookBeat is used by over 1 million users every month. We are an ever-growing company within the Bonnier Group and all members who join our journey have the possibility to make an impact on our development – both in the short and long run.

Today, Team BookBeat consists of around 170 curious and committed doers. Are you interested in becoming part of our team? Wonderful! While our employees are experts at many different areas, we have four core values uniting all of us:

🚀 Be great at what you do
📣 Share what you know
🔎 Curiosity for our users and us
🤝 Build Team BookBeat

In other words: we want our employees to continuously deep dive into and develop within their area(s) of expertise, but also to share that knowledge with their colleagues – we’re all in this together and cooperate (most often a lot) on a daily basis! We’re also looking for employees who are genuinely curious about our users, journey and organization, a curiosity that drives us to always test out new things in our service and to let our users show us if we’re on the right track. Last but definitely not least we want all our employees to contribute to the everyday cooperations and the wellbeing of Team BookBeat – as already mentioned, we’re in this together and we want our team to be healthy and happy at work, and we all contribute to this in different ways.
