Job Description

Aspen Fiber Networks is seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of our day-to-day marketing activities.

This role will focus on keeping marketing projects, campaigns, communications, and events organized and moving forward. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with company leadership and the sales team to execute established marketing priorities, track results, and use automation where practical to improve efficiency.

This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday, six hours per day, for a total of 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple assignments, and able to take ownership of deadlines and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day marketing activities across email, social media, web, and marketing materials.
• Manage the marketing calendar and keep assigned projects and deliverables on schedule.
• Coordinate marketing materials, vendors, events, and promotional activities.
• Support sales and lead-generation efforts through marketing execution.
• Track basic campaign performance and provide regular updates on results.
• Identify and use automation tools where practical to improve efficiency in scheduling, campaigns, and reporting.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and communicate early when deadlines or issues arise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a closely related field.
• At least 1 year of professional marketing experience.
• Experience creating and scheduling social media and digital marketing content.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and common marketing platforms.
• Comfortable using automation and AI tools to improve marketing efficiency.
• Able to manage multiple marketing projects and meet established deadlines.
• Must be available to work in-office Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
