What you’ll do:This position supports the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives designed to drive store sales and enhance awareness of the Co-op Value Proposition. The role works collaboratively across teams to implement campaigns, manage communications, and support community engagement efforts while ensuring brand consistency and effective use of marketing resources.

Who you are:
We are seeking a positive, approachable, and motivated individual with a strong willingness to learn and grow. Post-secondary education (diploma or degree) in Business, with a focus on Marketing, is preferred, along with 1–3 years of experience in a marketing-related role. However, we welcome candidates who bring an equivalent combination of relevant education and practical experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
Understanding of our Values (Integrity, Community, Teamwork)
Professional, people-first, Guest experience skills
Strong attention to detail as well as organizational and interpersonal skills
Quality communication skills
Commitment to ongoing development in the industry
Valid driver’s license
Drone license considered an asset
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Social Media Platforms
Proficient with Canva, Excel, Microsoft Office
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. We encourage candidates with a blend of relevant experience and/or education to apply. The role involves travel between locations within our trading area, as well as occasional travel outside the trading area for business needs, as required
