Marketing Coordinator - NOUN Hotel (On-Call)

NOUN Hotel is seeking a creative and energetic Marketing Coordinator (On-Call) to help bring our brand to life through real-time social media content. This position is primarily scheduled during OU football game weekends to capture the excitement and showcase the guest experience at NOUN Hotel.

The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, enjoys creating engaging photo and video content, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This role plays a key part in promoting the hotel's restaurants, events, and unique guest experiences while maintaining the NOUN Hotel brand across all social media platforms.

Essential Job Functions

• Capture high-quality photos and videos throughout the property during football game weekends and other assigned shifts.

• Create and publish engaging real-time content for NOUN Hotel's social media platforms.

• Highlight hotel amenities, dining experiences, events, and guest moments through creative storytelling.
• Assist with creating short-form video content, including Instagram Reels and TikTok videos.
• Ensure all social media content aligns with NOUN Hotel and Coury Hospitality brand standards.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to feature promotions, events, and unique guest experiences.
• Monitor social media trends and recommend creative content ideas.
• Organize and maintain digital photo and video assets.
• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.
