Works under the supervision of the Director of Marketing and provides wide range of general receptionist, clerical and administrative duties for the marketing department as well as community outreach and event planning and coordination. This individual is responsible for engaging prospects at networking events and encouraging them to meet with a sales advisor. Responsibilities include but are not limited to answering phones and providing general customer service, scheduling customer appointments with sales advisor, scheduling meetings, and planning and orchestrating marketing events with fellow team members. This individual may do some occasional public speaking and have the ability to think on their feet and problem solve. The ideal candidate will be poised and polished and be able to communicate effectively with people from various backgrounds and experiences. They will be highly organized and self-motivated. Hard skills should include: proficient with Microsoft office suite and other office and presentation software. Ability to learn new platforms quickly and become the expert on customer relationship management (CRM) software to improve utilization and reporting, Work with the marketing team to spearhead initiatives for process improvement to meet occupancy goals.
