Maintain campaign plans, critical paths, status trackers, approvals and asset matrices. Ensure artwork, copy, pricing, product information, terms and channel requirements are accurate before release.
  • Coordinate campaign roll-out across stores, visual merchandising, e-commerce, CRM, social, paid media, mall media, print, radio, partnerships and activations, as relevant to the brief. Support store marketing and confirm that campaign materials reach relevant malls on time.
  • Work with merchandise, planning, operations, e-commerce and marketing teams to align activity with stock availability, pricing, promotional mechanics and customer demand. Track agreed campaign KPIs and assist with reporting on traffic, engagement, conversion, ROI and other channel-specific measures.
  • Prepare clear briefs for creative, content, media and production partners. Proofread and quality-check campaign outputs. Apply brand identity and tone consistently, without compromising brand positioning.
  • Coordinate agencies, printers, media owners, production suppliers and other partners. Obtain quotations, raise and track approved purchase requirements, maintain cost trackers, reconcile invoices and flag timing, quality or budget risks early.
  • Support store openings, mall activity, local store marketing, promotions, partnerships and customer-facing events. Coordinate operational requirements, marketing collateral, supplier delivery and post-activity reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records and campaign archives. Consolidate performance information, identify execution learnings and recommend practical improvements for future campaigns. Escalate missed deadlines, inaccurate information and dependencies that may affect customer experience or commercial delivery.
  • Build effective working relationships across business divisions, including merchandise, planning, retail operations, visual merchandising, e-commerce, finance, legal and external partners.
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in marketing coordination or campaign execution, preferably in retail, e-commerce, FMCG, home, lifestyle or another consumer-facing environment.
  • Practical experience coordinating multi-channel campaigns, creative production, suppliers and deadlines.
  • Exposure to retail stores, promotional calendars, point-of-sale material, CRM, social and digital channels is advantageous.
  • Experience working with campaign reporting, budgets, cost trackers and purchase or invoice processes.
  • Working knowledge of AI-enabled productivity or marketing tools, with evidence of responsible practical use.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with sound copy-checking and briefing ability.
  • High attention to detail, especially for pricing, product information, mechanics, terms, artwork and deadlines.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to connect marketing activity to customer demand, traffic, conversion, sales and basket value.
  • Customer and brand orientation, with an interest in home, décor, textiles, furniture, gifting and lifestyle retail.
  • Comfort with data and reporting; able to interpret results, spot anomalies and turn information into clear actions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Teams; confidence learning workflow, campaign-management, analytics and AI tools.
