MARKETING COORDINATOR

REMOTE

About the Role

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to help shape how our brand looks and sounds online. You'll create and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, our blog, and our newsletter, and support our public relations efforts. If you have a strong eye for aesthetics and love turning ideas into scroll-stopping visuals and reels, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design polished, on-brand social media graphics for LinkedIn and Instagram using Canva.
• Plan, shoot (or source), and edit engaging Instagram and LinkedIn Reels, including captions, transitions, music, and text overlays.
• Write and publish blog content that supports brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage the company newsletter from start to finish: content planning, copywriting, layout, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Support public relations activities such as press releases, media outreach, announcements, and brand features.
• Maintain visual consistency and a cohesive aesthetic across all channels.
• Maintain a content calendar and deliver content on schedule.
• Track engagement and performance metrics and suggest ways to improve reach and results.
• Stay current on social media trends, formats, and platform best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing in Canva (a portfolio is required).
• 3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management.
• Hands-on experience creating and editing reels with tools like CapCut, InShot, Instagram's editor, or similar.
• Strong visual sense and a keen eye for aesthetics, including layout, color, typography, and brand consistency.
• Experience managing LinkedIn and Instagram accounts for a brand or business.
• Solid writing skills for blogs, captions, newsletters, and PR materials.
• Experience with newsletter platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Beehiiv, or similar.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
