We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team, based in the heart of the Perth CBD.

About The Role

The Marketing Coordinator plans, builds and optimises lifecycle and campaign communications across owned channels (currently predominantly email and SMS) for all brands in the group. The role is accountable for customer journey performance across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention and reactivation, ensuring every communication is timely, relevant, compliant and aligned to brand and customer experience standards.

Working across Marketing, Product, Data & Analytics and Operations, the role translates marketing strategy into lifecycle programs and campaigns, coordinates each campaign from brief to launch across agencies, assets and channels, runs execution on the marketing automation platform, and drives improvement through testing, segmentation and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities include:

Lifecycle & CRM Strategy

• Develop and maintain the lifecycle communication plan across key customer stages for every brand in the group, with the Head of Marketing, differentiating where a brand's customer profile or acquisition model requires it.
• Define journey objectives, triggers, messaging frameworks and success metrics

Campaign Coordination & Journey Management

• Coordinate marketing campaigns end to end: brief agencies and internal contributors, secure copy and assets, align with advertising strategy where relevant, and manage build, testing, approval, launch and wrap-up reporting.
• Plan, build and optimise customer journeys.

Data Segmentation & Personalisation

• Define segmentation and targeting approaches aligned to customer needs, lifecycle stage and product eligibility.

Reporting, Insights & Optimisation

• Own lifecycle performance reporting and dashboards, including deliverability, engagement, conversion and retention measures.

Compliance & Customer Outcomes

• Ensure all customer communications comply with all applicable regulation and legislation, including; Spam Act 2003 (Cth), the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth) and ASIC.

Creative, Agency & Stakeholder Coordination

• Write copy across channels, including emails, SMS, landing pages and blog posts, that is distinctive, on brand and compliant, and brief and review agency copy to the same standard.
• Create, or brief and coordinate the creation of, campaign assets such as banners, imagery and landing pages, to brand standard.
• Manage agency and external partner relationships: budgets, deliverables, quality and performance reviews.

Experience

• 5+ years' experience in lifecycle, CRM, email or digital marketing roles.
• Hands-on experience planning, building and administering lifecycle journeys and campaigns in a marketing automation platform (workflows, lists, messaging and reporting).
• Experience coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns end to end, including agency briefs and asset production.
• Technical capability in SQL, HTML/CSS and templating or personalisation languages.
• Previous experience with Hub-Spot.
