You will be joining the dynamic CHANEL Fragrance & Beauty Division (FBP) Marketing team in Singapore. This role is focused on the operational execution of client events and digital-marketing content, helping to ensure every client interaction reflects the elevated experience of CHANEL.

Event execution and client experience
· Act as the day-to-day executional coordinator for client events.
· Ensure an elevated and seamless client experience throughout each event.
· Partner with event talents and part-timers to ensure clients are appropriately welcomed and attended to on site.
· Monitor and coordinate the prompt replenishment of event gifts.
· Support operational roll-out of events (F&B, liaison with tech vendors and internal IT stakeholders, preparation of RSVP invites etc)
Digital-marketing support
· Coordinate translations across the three Fragrance & Beauty axes.
· Support iShopChangi banner and content updates.
· Ensure that assigned digital assets are updated accurately and on time.
· Creating thoughtful, high-quality experiences for clients through meticulous event execution.
· Working in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment with internal teams, talents, part-timers and external vendors.
· Coordinating multiple operational details
· Taking ownership of assigned tasks and delivering work to a high standard
· A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality or a related discipline.
· Relevant experience or demonstrated interest in event coordination, client experience, marketing operations, retail or digital-content management.
· A proactive, adaptable and positive approach, with the flexibility to support selected events outside standard working hours where required.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
