Based at North Sydney in our luxury offices overlooking Sydney Harbour with public transport at our doorstep, George & Matilda Eyecare is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of national campaigns, local area marketing initiatives, digital content, and practice marketing programs across our growing network of independent optometry practices.

About the Role

As Marketing Coordinator, you'll support the execution of marketing initiatives across retail, digital, and local practice channels, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned to brand standards.

Working closely with operations teams, practice partners, suppliers, and the wider marketing team, you'll help bring national campaigns to life while supporting local marketing activity across our practice network.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate and execute national marketing campaigns across our practice network
• Support local area marketing, community initiatives, and practice promotions
• Create and distribute marketing communications and campaign materials
• Assist with website updates, digital assets, and content management
• Manage campaign timelines, supplier relationships, and marketing collateral
• Track campaign performance and contribute ideas to improve results
• Partner with practices and internal teams to deliver engaging, on-brand marketing initiatives

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a motivated marketing professional who brings:

• 2-4 years' experience in a marketing, campaign coordination, or marketing executive role
• Excellent project management and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience coordinating marketing campaigns from concept through to execution
• Strong written communication and marketing copywriting skills
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of how marketing supports business growth
• A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving

Qualifications & Experience

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
• Experience working with creative agencies, suppliers, and digital platforms
• Experience in retail, healthcare, franchised, or multi-location businesses is highly regarded
• Experience with CMS platforms, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar marketing tools is desirable
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
