The Marketing Coordinator supports marketing operations and execution related to clinic and clinician onboarding and offboarding. This role coordinates multiple activities across the lifecycle of clinicians and clinics, helping ensure marketing needs are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required Bachelor's Degree in marketing or a related field. A minimum of four years of relevant experience acceptable in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience: One year Marketing or advertising experience, required. One year Digital and email marketing, preferred.
  • Additional Skills (required):
    • Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills.
    • Complex problem solving skills, attention to detail, and good decision-making ability.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Able to work effectively on multiple assignments concurrently.
    • Ability to recognize, handle, and protect sensitive/confidential information.
    • Ability to relate to a diverse group.
    • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Additional Skills (preferred):
    • Strong project management, communication, and operational skills.
    • Excellent skills in data entry and management with strong attention to detail required for this position
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and directives simultaneously. 
    • Experience in evaluating and implementing process improvements for operational efficiency. 
    • Creativity in problem-solving 
    • Strong communication and relationship building skills. 
    • Lean six-sigma or agile methodology experience.
