As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing and communication initiatives. Working closely with management, you will contribute to the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans to promote our brand, products, and services.
Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing and communication projects from conception to completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Contribute to the development of compelling and engaging marketing content for various channels, including social media, websites, and print materials.
Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communication materials.
Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media management, and online advertising.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide insights for optimization.
Assist in the planning and execution of events, including trade shows, product launches, and promotional activities.
Coordinate logistics, manage vendors, and ensure events align with overall marketing objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
Support the development of communication strategies that enhance brand awareness and foster positive relationships with stakeholders.
Assist in the creation of press releases, articles, and other communication materials.
Internal Communication Oversight – Supervise and contribute to internal communication strategies to ensure effective information flow within the organization.
1-3 years of experience in marketing and communications.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
Basic knowledge of market research techniques.
Artificial intelligence working skills employing ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude, and others.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
