About the role

The Marketing Coordinator will support the coordination and execution of marketing and communication initiatives across North America (United States and Canada), helping strengthen the company's brand, generate business opportunities, and support recruitment efforts.

The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring the delivery of high-quality marketing campaigns, engaging content, impactful events, and consistent brand communication that enhances the company's visibility and market presence while aligning with global marketing objectives.

This full-time role requires working in the office and is located in Flower Mound, Texas.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop, create, and execute online and offline marketing and advertising initiatives aligned with business and sales objectives.

  • Create and optimize marketing content including case studies, articles, and videos to support lead generation and search engine optimization.

  • Support the planning and coordination of exhibitions, conferences, employment fairs, and other promotional events with the Global Marketing team.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality marketing materials and campaigns.

  • Ensure consistent brand application across all marketing activities in line with brand and communication guidelines in North America.

  • Support sales teams with marketing toolkits and campaign timelines to strengthen alignment.

  • Contribute to social media campaigns by supporting content creation and execution, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement in coordination with the Global Marketing team.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field. Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, content creation, events, and brand initiatives.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).

  • Experience in a Business-to-Business and/or industrial environment is preferred.

  • Comfortable working in international and multicultural groups.

  • Ability to build and develop a global brand, with a big presence in North America.

Compensation

Depending on your skills and experience, you can expect your annual compensation to be between $50,000 - $60,000.
